1. Use and characteristics of the unit

Application: The unit can be used as common power supply, emergency generator, standby power supply, suitable for telecommunications companies, data centers, airport stations, gas stations (filling stations), breeding farms, factories, hospitals, schools, shopping malls, hotels, residences and other places.

3. Working mode and electrical system of the Power Station

3.1 Working Mode of the Power Station

The unit can manually start automatically. When the unit receives the start signal, the unit starts successfully within 20 seconds and sends power to the load.

3.1.1 generator set on standby

When the equipment is supplied by the main power supply, the power station is in standby state and the power station is ready at any time.

The generator unit is installed indoors, and the starting power supply of the generator set is in the floating charging working mode to ensure that the engine starting power has sufficient power.

When the generator set is standby for a long time, it can regularly start manually and run with no load to self-test the start-up performance itself.

3.1.2 Power Station startup, shutdown, and docking

The starting mode of 1, power station is automatic start. When the generator set receives the start signal, the generator set starts successfully within 20 seconds, automatically connect, automatically close and deliver power to the load.

2, When the municipal power returns to normal, the unit receives the shutdown signal (determine the shutdown time according to the user's requirements), automatically disconnect the main switch, open the unit to empty vehicle operation, and automatically stop when the cooling water and lubricating oil temperature reach the shutdown conditions.

3.1.3 Power Station Electrical System

The primary system of power station is single bus structure with rated voltage of 400V.

The unit is equipped with a control panel.

The user provides a 380V, three-phase four-wire power cord.

Introduction of generator set system

The generator set is mainly composed of engine, generator, shaft coupling, electronic (electrohydraulic) governor, heat exchanger (fan water tank), battery, exhaust silencer, public chassis, fuel tank (8 hours), etc. Each generator set has one control panel.

The engine and generator are installed on the common chassis through the connection device into an integral structure. The generator unit can be skid on the cement foundation, according to the actual use of the user site, the cooling system uses the user's own cooling water tower or the unit cooling system.

The exhaust silencer of the generator unit is connected to the engine through the exhaust pipe and is installed outdoors. The generator set control panel is installed in the power station control room to realize the automatic control of the generator set. The control screen is equipped with the alarm protection function of the hair motor.

4.1 Engine air intake system

The engine of the diesel generator set is of a medium-cooled type. The fresh air is purified by the air filter, sent to the intercooler and then to each cylinder through the intake pipe.

4.2 Fuel system

The engine applies to the type specified in the "GB252-87 Light Diesel". According to the different seasons, choose diesel with different brands. Among them:

No. 0 light diesel shall be selected in summer, and respectively choose-10, -20 or-35 according to the regional climate conditions in winter.

4.3 Lubricant system

The generator set lubrication system is a closed self-circulating lubrication system. The engine is equipped with oil tank (oil pan), oil transmission pump, manual / electric pre-oil supply pump, oil filter, oil cooler, etc.

Kunlun CH-4 diesel oil is selected for the lubricating oil.

4.4 Cooling system

The cooling water shall be selected slightly alkaline clean water and shall not contain corrosive compounds. The main indexes are as follows: hardness 0.7~5.3mol/L, chloride ion content <150mg/L and PH value 6~8.5. antifreeze shall be used in winter.

4.5 Engine start-up system

The generator unit is started by DC motor with working power is 24V. The battery is equipped with an automatic charging device charging automatically to ensure the battery has sufficient power.

4.6 Control system

Each generator set is equipped with a control panel, equipped with the relevant controller, operating switch, indicator lights of the generator set.

The unit control screen has the alarm protection function of the engine, which can realize the engine with high cooling water temperature, high temperature of lubricating oil, low lubricating oil pressure, engine overspeed and other protection functions.

The working power of the control screen is DC 24V, powered by the complete control battery of the unit.
