Ⅰ、Introduction to biogas power generation

Biogas generator set is an equipment for power generation in the cylinder of the gas internal combustion engine. Biogas is a kind of combustible gas produced by the microbial fermentation action of human and livestock manure and crop straw from the isolated air (reduction conditions), and under the appropriate temperature and humidity. The main component of biogas is methane, which is an ideal gas fuel that is colorless, tasteless and burns right when mixed with the right amount of air. The maximum fever of pure methane per cubic meter is about 34,000 joules, and the calorific value per cubic meter of biogas is about 20,800-23,600 joules. That is, 1 cubic meter of biogas is completely burned, can produce heat equivalent to 0.7 kg of anthracite. The anaerobic tank is closed, collect biogas, and then with a biogas generator can use this combustible gas to power generation, that is, biogas power generation.

1. Composition of the biogas:

Biogas is a mixed gas, and the main components are methane (CH4) and carbon dioxide (CO2,). Methane is 45%~70%, carbon dioxide 30%~40%, and small gases like hydrogen, carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, oxygen and nitrogen. It contains combustible gas methane. Biogas is a product of bacteria breaking down organic matter under anaerobic conditions. Urban organic waste, sewage treatment plant sludge, rural human and livestock excrement, crop straw, etc., can be made as raw materials to produce biogas.

(Damable parts, common used parts, human damage, negligent maintenance, etc. are not within the warranty scope) If the original factory adjustment is implemented, the original factory consolidation regulations!
