Natural gas generator set is an ignition gas engine with high calorific value gas in LPG, LNG, field. On the basis of the non-pressurized models, the supercharging system and medium cooling system are added. The cooling system adopts the way of high and low temperature circulation separation, high temperature circulation cooling cylinder, body, cylinder head, gas, air and oil cooler after cooling pressurization at low temperature circulation.

I. Natural gas introduction

The main component of natural gas —— is methane, content of 90%, nitrogen oxides, hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide from combustion far below national emission standards, no dust pollution, the thermal conversion efficiency of natural gas is 65%, equivalent to petroleum liquefied gas, higher than coal, natural gas price is lower than coal and far lower than oil. Natural gas can be used as civil use, power generation, chemical raw materials and industrial fuel, effectively replacing coal and oil. For example, it can replace residential coal to gas, coal and oil as nitrogen fertilizer, naphtha as ethylene, oil as automobile engine fuel, etc.

LPG is a liquefied petroleum gas, and the main component of LPG is propane.

CNG is a compressed natural gas, the natural gas is compressed to 20MPa formed by high pressure natural gas called compressed natural gas (CNG).

LNG is liquefied natural gas formed through ultra-low deep cold to-162 ℃ is called liquefied natural gas (LNG).

Requirements for natural gas (within 1m from the gas inlet valve of the gas unit):

①　The CH4 volume content of natural gas is ≥ 70%;

②　Natural gas pressure 80~200kpa, pressure change rate ≤ 1kpa/min;

③　H₂S ≤ 20mg/Nm³；

④　Water content in natural gas: ≤ 40g/Nm³；

⑤　≤ 5 μm, Impurity content ≤ 30mg/Nm³。

If the combustible gas contains high sulfur and ammonia components, it will not only seriously corrode the spark plug electrode, but also increase the acid value in the oil and corrode the internal parts of the unit. It is also easy to produce sediment to increase wear and corrosion to the engine.

1. Standard environmental conditions of generator set

The total atmospheric pressure of 100kPa; The ambient air temperature is 25 ℃; the relative humidity is 30%; under the above conditions, the generator set can reach the rated load output.
