Ⅰ、Introduction of biomass gas power generation technology

Biomass gas (biosyngas) is a combustible gas produced by crop straw, forest waste, edible fungus residue, livestock waste, sewage and sludge as raw materials. Biomass gas contains hydrogen 15.27%, oxygen 3.12%, 3.12%, nitrogen 56.22%, methane 1.57%, carbon monoxide 9.76%, carbon 213.75%, ethylene 0.10%, ethane 0.13%, propane 0.03%, propylene 0.05%.

Biomass gasification power generation technology refers to the conversion of biomass into gas fuel in the gasifier and directly into the gas machine to burn power drive generator after purification. The gas from biomass gasification contains certain impurities, including ash, coke and tar, which need to be removed through the purification system to ensure the normal operation of the power generation equipment.

Our factory can configure a single biomass gas generator set covering 100KW-800kw according to the actual needs of the customer. For projects with an installed capacity of more than 1MW, we suggest that customers use multiple 500KW units parallel, with the highest comprehensive cost performance. The station is more stable, convenient maintenance and low maintenance cost.

Biomass gasification power generation system is divided into five parts: 1. Gasifier; 2. gas purification system; 3. carbon output system; 4. power generation system; 5. Equipment control system. The principle is that high-temperature anaerobic combustion produces combustible gas in the gasifier (gas calorific value is greater than 1000Kcal), the gas can pass through the cyclone separator, wet purification equipment (dry purification system in some parts), gas-liquid separation equipment, electrostatic focus catcher, cooling the gas temperature less than 40 ℃, and then enter the gas generator set for power. The rice shell charcoal after gasification can be recycled through the carbon powder collecting unit. The whole set of equipment does not need for manual operation, through the control room to control the feeding, discharge the whole process, and real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure and gas composition, and fixed-point recording.

1. Standard environmental conditions of generator set

Warranty period: 12 months after domestic commissioning acceptance or 1000 hours; expire first. Due to product quality problems, free maintenance or replacement, lifetime paid service! (Damable parts, common used parts, human damage, negligent maintenance, etc. are not within the warranty scope) If the original factory adjustment is implemented, the original factory consolidation regulations!
