Precautions for using 190 series diesel engine

When using diesel engines, the operator should strictly observe the following precautions:

Read the instruction manual of the diesel engine carefully, and master the structural features and operation methods of the diesel engine

Select fuel and engine oil according to the grades specified in the manual. Oil containers should be clean, and anti-rust emulsion should be added. The oil should be precipitated and filtered before use.

Strictly control the quality of cooling water, and add anti-rust emulsion as required.

Carry out the relevant regulations of technical maintenance, and carefully carry out various technical maintenance work according to the prescribed period.

After the diesel engine starts in cold state, it should not be loaded immediately. The cooling water temperature of the diesel engine should reach above 40℃ before it can be gradually loaded and transferred to normal operation.

Diesel engines are forbidden to run at no-load idling for a long time.

Pay attention to the operating conditions of the diesel engine during use, and keep operating records in accordance with regulations. If an abnormal phenomenon is found, the cause should be found immediately and eliminated in time. If automatic parking occurs, you must find out the cause of the parking and remove the fault before starting the diesel engine.

It is strictly forbidden to disassemble the parts of the diesel engine (especially the precision parts and turbochargers of the fuel co-feeding system). If it is necessary to disassemble and inspect, it shall be operated strictly in accordance with the prescribed procedures and requirements. When disassembling the parts that affect various technical parameters (such as valve clearance, fuel supply advance angle, etc.), it must be checked and adjusted again. It is strictly forbidden to open the seal during use.
