At the same time, in order to ensure timely detection of hidden equipment hazards, operators make full use of industrial cameras to strengthen 24-hour continuous monitoring of key areas and flammable and explosive areas. As the temperature continues to rise, optimizing the operation mode of the cooling water system of the unit is one of the important means to ensure the safe operation of the unit. The operation department of the second phase improves the cooling efficiency of cooling water by checking the temperature gauge of the inlet medium of the cooler, increasing the input of the cooler, adjusting the inlet valve of the cooler, etc., and regularly inspects the coolers and heat exchangers of the main equipment. , Strictly prevent the occurrence of incidents such as low heat exchange efficiency and cooler leakage. At the same time, the rotation direction of the air preheaters of the two units was adjusted to reduce the opening of the cold air door of the pulverizing system, reduce the boiler exhaust temperature, and improve the boiler combustion efficiency.

The fuel department strengthens dry coal reserves and the management of rain and flood prevention in coal yards, responds to the adverse effects of heavy rain on coal blending, ensures the normal operation of the pulverizing system, optimizes the work of blending bituminous coal, and scientifically formulates fuel blending plans to avoid causes Wet coal will reduce output and strive for more power generation.
