Maintenance of diesel engine

Do a good job in maintenance is an important guarantee for the normal and reliable diesel engine and extend the service life. Users should perform regular maintenance according to the following technical maintenance projects, and their specific maintenance requirements and cycle visual diesel engine use conditions and environmental conditions are appropriately adjusted.

I、daily maintenance

The operator must carefully fill in the running record of the class, record in detail the parameters of its health, the faults discovered, and the measures used. And should do the following work:

(1) Check the oil level of the fuel tank.

(2) Check if the oil housing, injectable pump, the altitude of the altimeter of the governor has abnormal increase or decline, and check the oil condition. Adding oil should be added if necessary.

(3) Check the water level in the hot tank, add cooling water and antifreeze.

⑷ Check the gas source pressure. The charging condition of the battery should be checked when using the electric motor.

⑸ Wipe the surface of the diesel engine.

⑹ Check if the meter is normal.

⑺⑺ Whether the monitor is normal.

⑻ Observe the dust-smoke status of diesel engine, monitor the sound of diesel engine, and exclude if the abnormality is found in time, it is excluded.

⑼ Check and exclude oil leakage, leakage, leakage, and maintain neat and clean in the exterior and environment of diesel engine.

II、week maintenance

(1) Complete all items specified in day maintenance.

(2) Check and clean the air filter (if the working environment is large, the cleaning cycle can be shortened), clean up the dust in the dust box.

(3) Adjusting the gel and the nip ejector oil by the oil gun to the fuel injection pump to avoid rust.

III、month maintenance

(1) Completed the project of day and week maintenance.

(2) Clean the fuel filter.

(3) Check the oil filter in the oil filter, the oil pressure difference should be replaced if it is greater than 196 kPa.

⑷ Check the tensioning of the adjustment fan tape.

⑸ Check the diesel engine and fasten the fixed part.

⑹ Clean centrifugal filter and respirator mesh.

⑺⑺ Adjust the injection pump transmission, the connector is added to the No. 3 graphite lithium-based grease, and the pneumatic motor is added to calcium based grease. Oil fume, pneumatic pre-supply oil pump filling machine oil (see Appendix 3)

⑻ Check and adjust the valve clearance.

⑼ Check, adjust the injector pump oil supply advance angle.

⑽ Check the injector fuel injection pressure, observe the quality of the atomization, and wash the injection or adjust the injection pressure.

⑾ Clean, check the air filter mainfiltration and rough filter.

⑿ Verify the sensor of the alarm system.

⒀ Removal and cleaning the throttle manipulation device, check whether the manipulation device is flexible, reliable, and adds grease.

⒁ Check the metal rubber seat of the elastic coupling has a crack, if necessary, replace the rubber seat.

⒂ The new machine runs 250h and should check the cylinder bolt fastening, pay attention to check whether the exhaust pipe is loose and fastened.

IV, seasonal inspection

Visual diesel engine use environment, during the season (winter, summer).

(1) Completed the items required by days, week, and month maintenance.

(2) Cleaning the cooling system, the cold area should take heating and insulation measures (heat dissipation tank to increase the warm curtain, battery addition insulation layer, etc.), if necessary, antifreeze.

(3) Cleaning the lubrication system, check the oil of the diesel engine oil, and replace the oil if necessary.

⑷ Clean the supercharger compressor volute and impeller oil and carbon.

⑸ Check if the oil pressure is low, the automatic parking device, the speedless parking device, and the explosion-proof device are flexible and reliable.

⑹ Verify all instrumentation and alarms.

⑺ Check and adjust the fan transmission. Check the airbag clutch air inner and air seal.

⑻ Check the boot device.

⑼ Check the safety guards such as protective cover.

⑽ Demolition, cleaning oil cooler.

⑾ Demolition, clean the intercool.

⑿ Clean the heat sink radiator oil.

⒀ Check all lubricants (appendix) Lubricating oil (lipid), add or replace lubricants (grease).

After 3000 hours, the diesel engine is running 3000 hours, the cylinder head should be removed, cleaned, exhaust, and the valve.

⒂ Check the lubrication system or all valves of the fuel system.
