The stator core is loose

The iron core was not fastened properly due to improper manufacturing and assembly. If the whole iron core is relaxed, for small generators, two iron plates smaller than the inner diameter of the end of the stator winding can be used, put on the studs and tighten the iron core. After the original shape is restored, the original clamping bolt of the iron core is tightened. If the local iron core is slack, you can first brush the silicon steel sheet paint between the slack pieces, and then drive the hard insulation material into the slack parts.

Short circuit between iron chips

(1) the lamination of the iron core is relaxed, and the iron core vibrates and damages the insulation when the generator is running; If the insulation of the iron chip is damaged in some places or the core is overheated locally and the insulation is aged, the treatment shall be carried out according to the method in the original plan.

(2) the edge of the iron chip has burr or mechanical damage during maintenance. Apply a fine file to remove burrs, repair the damaged area, clean the surface, and apply a coat of silicon steel sheet paint.

(3) there is solder or copper grain short connection iron core, should be scraped or chisel to remove the metal welding welding joint, handle the surface.

(4) Arc short circuit occurs in the winding, which may also cause short circuit in the iron core. The burned part should be cleared with chisel and the surface should be treated well.
