Coke oven gas generator unit is the coke oven gas as the fuel gas generator unit, also known as the coking gas generator unit. Introduction to the coke oven gas:

Definition: coke oven gas, (also known as coke oven gas, crude gas, or waste gas. Coke Oven Gas (COG) refers to a combustible gas produced by the raw coal crushed and washed with several bituminous coal after producing coke and tar products in the coking furnace, which is a by-product of the coking industry. Due to the many combustible components, belongs to the medium calorific value gas, coke oven gas is a mixture.

Thermal value: Thermal value is 17MJ-19MJ(4063 large card-4541 large card per standard cubic meter), its low heating value is 18250kJ/Nm3., medium thermal gas and high combustible composition (about 90%).

Composition: Its main components are hydrogen (55% -60%) and methane (23% -27%), along with a small amount of carbon monoxide (5% -8%), unsaturated hydrocarbon above C2 (2% -4%), carbon dioxide (1.5% -3%), oxygen (0.3% -0.8%)), nitrogen (3% -7%). unsaturated hydrocarbons above hydrogen, methane, carbon monoxide and C2 are combustible components, while carbon dioxide, nitrogen and oxygen are noncombustible components.

Fire temperature: 600-650 ℃; density: 0.45-0.50 Kg/Nm3;

Exlast limit: 6% -30%;

Generally dry coal can produce 300-350m3/ tons (standard status).

Coke oven gas is a colorless and smelly gas;

Coke oven gas contains CO and a small amount of H2S and toxic;

Coke oven gas contains more hydrogen, fast combustion speed and shorter flame;

If the coke oven gas purification is not good, will contain more tar and naphthalene, will block the pipe and pipe fittings, to bring difficulties to the fire control work;

1、Standard environmental conditions of generator set

The total atmospheric pressure of 100kPa; The ambient air temperature is 25 ℃; the relative humidity is 30%; when the gas source quality meets the technical requirements, the generator set can reach the rated load output.

2、The supporting generator is optional

The generators supporting the unit are well-known brands at home and abroad: Lilsenma, Siemens, Stanford, Marathon, Inge, Elma, etc.

Ⅳ、After-sales service

Warranty period: 12 months after domestic commissioning acceptance or 1000 hours; expire first. Due to product quality problems, free maintenance or replacement, lifetime paid service! (Damable parts, common used parts, human damage, negligent maintenance, etc. are not within the warranty scope) If the original factory adjustment is implemented, the original factory consolidation regulations!
