Ⅰ、Introduction to orchid charcoal gas

Orchid carbon gas is a medium and low temperature dry distillation of coal under 600 ℃ in the upright furnace, forming semi-coke by drying with secondary combustion and fire of recycled gas, namely orchid carbon, and the tail gas of this orchid carbon furnace is called orchid carbon gas, or orchid carbon tail gas. Orchid carbon exhaust direct discharge or venting combustion to exceed the standard, pollute the environment.Each ton of orchid carbon produced by low temperature dry distillation orchid carbon kiln will produce about 600-700 cubic meters of orchid carbon gas, with a thermal value of about 7950KJ(1900 card), which can meet the demand of power generation.

Thermal value of orchid carbon gas: the thermal value is 6732~8439kJ/m3(1609-2017 big card per standard cubic meter), which is a low thermal value gas.

Orchid carbon gas composition: Its main components are methane (8.8% -17.6%), hydrogen (12% -28%), carbon monoxide (6% -22%), unsaturated hydrocarbon (0.8% -1.2%), nitrogen (44% -52%), oxygen (0.2% -5%), CO 2 (2% -12%), hydrogen sulfide (0.4% -0.8%)

Due to secondary combustion of some gas, the composition of orchid coal gas is more complex than high temperature distilled coke oven gas, the main impurities contain H2S, SO2, CO2, NOxWait. Ⅲ、Technical instructions of the generator set

1. Standard environmental conditions for the generator set operation:

The total atmospheric pressure of 100kPa; The ambient air temperature is 25 ℃; the relative humidity is 30%; when the gas source quality meets the technical requirements, the generator set can reach the rated load output.

2. Supporting generator is optional:

The generators supporting the unit are well-known brands at home and abroad: Lilsenma, Siemens, Stanford, Marathon, Inge, Elma, etc.

Ⅳ、After-sales service

Warranty period: 12 months after domestic commissioning acceptance or 1000 hours; expire first. Due to product quality problems, free maintenance or replacement, lifetime paid service! (Damable parts, common used parts, human damage, negligent maintenance, etc. are not within the warranty scope) If the original factory adjustment is implemented, the original factory consolidation regulations!
